Product Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of one or more product domains and the results they yield.

• Delve into operational, technical, and user contexts, simplifying complexities into clear solutions for users and partners.

• Identify high-impact product challenges and convert them into precise product hypotheses.

• Collaborate closely with data, design, and engineering teams to transform hypotheses into functional software.

• Leverage AI tools throughout the product stack to brainstorm ideas, prototype solutions, and expedite iterations.

• Grasp the limitations and trade-offs associated with AI-driven user experiences.

• Conduct experiments and product iterations, rapidly implement improvements, and learn from actual usage.

• Develop systems across workflows, data, and internal platforms utilized throughout the organization.

• Share insights and learnings that aid the team in continuously enhancing product development processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of product management experience in building and launching software products.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven track record of guiding products from early exploration to scaling (0→1 and 2→10).

• Practical experience in building and launching software in collaboration with engineering and design teams.

• Strong judgment, product sensibility, and a tendency towards experimentation.

• Capability to identify significant problems and convert them into impactful product solutions.

• Experience in launching AI-enabled products or features and utilizing modern AI tools in product development.

• Ability to navigate the entire product lifecycle at an enterprise scale.

• Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
