Product Knowledge Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Develop and Manage the Product Knowledge Base: Create the retrieval architecture, automate processes, and curate content.

• Enhance Documentation Operations: Take ownership of release notes, help content, and ensure documentation maintains a high standard of quality.

• Approach Documentation as Code: Implement version control and automation within documentation workflows.

• Support Product Marketing and GTM: Facilitate discovery sessions and manage integration interfaces with existing connectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in a Senior Technical Writer or Documentation Manager position within a B2B SaaS environment.

• Proven experience in developing AI-assisted content workflows.

• Strong grasp of retrieval techniques, prompt design, and context engineering.

• Experience or willingness to supervise at least one direct report.

• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

• Bonus points for experience with Docusaurus, ReadMe, GitBook, or similar documentation-as-code platforms.
