This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Effectively oversee customer launches from initiation to transition to Customer Success.
• Develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with key customer personnel, including management, executives, and clinical staff.
• Aid in comprehending the current customer workflow while identifying the ideal alignment for eHealth products.
• Alleviate critical issues between the customer and eHealth.
• Identify ways to define, drive, and showcase the value (ROI) provided.
• Ensure consistent messaging aligns with all corporate strategies.
• Conduct regular reviews with customers during the post-launch phase, including detailed case and submission assessments.
• Maintain action logs for all customer requirements.
• Track customer trends and respond appropriately throughout the ownership period.
• Provide ongoing customer training and optimization.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to complete tasks accurately within strict deadlines.
• Proactively evaluates, clarifies, and validates customer needs consistently, acting as a customer advocate.
• Collaborate with the eHealth VP of Enterprise Sales, Customer Success managers, Director of Clinical Optimization, Operations Director, and Operations managers.
• Keep a working knowledge of all necessary platforms (SalesForce, Box.com, Trello, etc).
• An associate’s degree in a relevant field of study is required; a bachelor’s degree in a business discipline is preferred.
• Three (3) to five (5) or more years of relevant work experience.
• Project management experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate effective educational and presentation skills in various settings, from one-on-one interactions to formal large group presentations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal or no direct supervision.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and retain a deep understanding of eHealth Technologies business.
• Capacity to interact and collaborate with all employees.
• Must be adept and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and able to manage change and ambiguity effectively.
• Exercise sound judgment and employ creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to complete tasks accurately under tight deadlines.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25%.
