Product Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with international teams to aid in the creation of new products.

• Oversee the complete delivery cycle of product features, including implementation for customers and within the internal team.

• Accountable for the social trading platform.

• Analyze data to assess the performance of the product and its features, proposing data-driven strategies to enhance the product and user experience.

• Interact with users to gather continuous feedback and integrate this into product improvement initiatives.

• Review market research reports and sales data to confirm that products are viable and competitive.

• Examine user behavior and data, identify emerging trends, and respond accordingly.

• Supervise the development process to ensure adherence to timelines and schedules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Product Development role.

• Prior experience in the FX business and CFD industry is essential.

• Experience with FXBO CRM and Brokeree products is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Excellent analytical capabilities.
