This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage the daily workflow associated with market research for all new product initiatives.
• Gather and organize data pertaining to products and pricing for new product concepts.
• Accountable for tracking and upholding project timelines in collaboration with the engineering and marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain all documentation for new product development to ensure proper part numbers are created and entered into the system.
• Compile and consistently update accurate data for the smooth entry of part numbers into the ERP system.
• Assist in coordinating data research to inform product decisions and prioritize lists.
• Work together with the marketing team to ensure new product assets are created within established timelines.
• Deliver monthly updates on category-specific product and engineering changes to internal stakeholders.
• Manage the collection and distribution of NPD/OEM Intake forms to category managers.
• Oversee the creation of installation sheets for new products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to verify that website content is accurate regarding images, fitment, and instructions.
• Provide assistance with additional projects as required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in independently and collaboratively managing cross-functional processes, projects, or programs.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in working with timelines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to develop reports and queries tailored to the needs of the relevant audience.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of speaking clearly and persuasively in both positive and negative situations; able to listen and clarify; responds effectively to inquiries; demonstrates strong group presentation skills.
• Proficient in solving practical problems and addressing a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Competent in interpreting various types of instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formats.
• Skilled in identifying and resolving issues promptly; gathers and analyzes information adeptly; develops alternative solutions; excels in group problem-solving scenarios; applies reason even when handling emotional topics.
