Customer Product Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver training and consultancy assistance to the MWI team and customer practices regarding the comprehensive range of MWIAH UK technology products.

• Oversee project management for PMS implementations for both corporate and non-corporate clients, ensuring timely completion in accordance with customer specifications.

• Serve as the customer's representative, providing insights into user journeys and behaviors.

• Cultivate a culture of ongoing enhancement in training material and delivery to guarantee consistency and effectiveness.

• Support the Sales team by offering proficient and impactful demonstrations of our products and features to customers.

• Participate in the creation of tailored customer success plans as integral members of cross-functional teams.

• Assist with designated onboarding projects.

• Collaborate with Territory Managers and the National Technology Manager.

• Establish consistent communication regarding projects with customers.

• Generate and maintain precise documentation accompanying onboarding project implementations.
