VRV Field Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivers technical assistance to both company-owned (COD) and independent (IND) distributors, service providers, and our internal 800 Service Support Specialist as required.

• Oversee the resolution and corrective measures for field product quality concerns.

• Engage in or lead quality assessments with clients at their premises.

• Create technical documentation, service training resources, and service kits.

• Contribute and offer insights from a service standpoint during product transition scheduling meetings, dFMEA, and other service design evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, encompassing installation, service, and commissioning.

• At least 5 years as a Daikin Regional Technical Manager (RTM).

• Minimum of 2 years as a Product Specialist.

• An associate degree in HVAC or relevant field experience.
