This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee comprehensive technical and operational audits of AdTech, MarTech, and workflow ecosystems.
• Establish implementation readiness criteria, dependencies, risks, and sequencing for global clients.
• Create and sustain standardized onboarding frameworks to facilitate scalable deployment.
• Assist in the development of proof of concepts, pilot programs, and phased rollout strategies.
• Analyze current and future workflows related to client onboarding, planning, activation, and reporting.
• Identify challenges, inefficiencies, and operational risks within teams and tools.
• Convert findings into organized requirements and prioritized areas for improvement.
• Design high-level target-state architectures that include integrations and data ownership considerations.
• Conduct audits, document, and identify pain points and integration patterns across CRM, dentsu.Connect, and AdTech platforms.
• Define data models, collaborate on taxonomy standards, and ensure source-of-truth alignment.
• Maintain data governance, integrity, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product, Client Success, and Automation teams to synchronize implementation models and success plans.
• Lead workshops and onboarding design sessions.
• Create documentation, playbooks, and onboarding materials.
• Serve as a liaison between product vision and client execution.
• Contribute to the development of agent-driven onboarding frameworks.
• Establish decision boundaries between human and agent involvement.
• Support governance models that include auditability and compliance controls.
• Transform operational insights into product roadmap requirements.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Media, AdTech, MarTech, SaaS, AI in practice, or product operations roles.
• Experience working with global clients and in multi-market environments.
• Proven track record in conducting technical audits and scoping implementations.
• Strong knowledge of AdTech ecosystems, media practices, and integrations.
• Expertise in process mapping and solution design.
• Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex issues into clear, structured solutions and frameworks.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and client-facing teams.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, or agent-assisted workflows in marketing or operations.
• Understanding of governance, human-in-the-loop systems, and AI adoption models.
• Interest in influencing the development of next-generation platform capabilities and intelligent onboarding models.
