This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +13 more states.
• Oversee customer implementations of iQueue for Operating Rooms from the initial kickoff and discovery phase through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and rollout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional members of the Customer Success team to guarantee that the product and workflows are designed and configured both accurately and optimally.
• Facilitate discovery and design sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders to comprehend workflows and align the solution with operational objectives.
• Work alongside perioperative leadership to translate clinical requirements into optimized workflows, promoting decisions and stakeholder alignment throughout the implementation phases.
• Engage and persuade executive stakeholders to align on operational targets, foster adoption, and ensure accountability for achieving measurable results.
• Articulate technical requirements and ensure that customer IT and operational teams have a clear understanding of data, integration, and setup necessities.
• Configure the product to mirror customer workflows, including block build, scheduling setups, access management, and OR utilization optimization.
• Design and carry out validation and user acceptance testing to confirm system functionality, data accuracy, and workflow alignment before going live.
• Navigate through complex data sets to troubleshoot issues, validate inputs, and support implementation decisions.
• Lead change management initiatives to encourage adoption and ensure that the product becomes the definitive source for OR analytics and other workflows (such as scheduling, staffing, etc.).
• Monitor the progress of implementations, proactively identify risks, and ensure preparedness for a successful go-live.
• Travel up to 20–50% to customer sites.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a client- or customer-facing role within the healthcare sector (e.g., consulting, implementation, hospital operations).
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities; experience with complex datasets is essential.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and data (experience with EHR preferred).
• Proven experience working with executive-level stakeholders and achieving alignment in complex settings.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, clinical).
• An intense commitment to customer success—you take ownership and swiftly resolve issues.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams with meticulous attention to detail and organization.
