Product Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the complete lifecycle of software implementation projects, from gathering requirements to go-live and subsequent stabilization.

• Evaluate client workflows and business needs to tailor solutions that meet product capabilities and operational requirements.

• Convert software features and functional requirements into configurations and implementation artifacts specific to clients.

• Ensure the accuracy of configurations through data analysis, testing, and quality assessments.

• Utilize SQL to facilitate data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting throughout the implementation process.

• Identify and resolve issues related to implementation by examining system behavior, data outputs, and workflows.

• Assist in user acceptance testing, defect triage, and readiness activities for implementation.

• Participate in creating documentation, capturing lessons learned, and recommending process improvements.

• Aid in the execution of departmental plans, goals, and objectives while overseeing work across various implementation projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in software configuration or system implementation support.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in backend healthcare revenue cycle management.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting software implementation projects through various phases of the implementation lifecycle.

• Practical experience with SQL for data analysis and validation.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
