Product Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with the complete software implementation process, from gathering requirements to going live and ensuring stability post-implementation.

• Evaluate client workflows and business needs to tailor solutions that fit product functionalities and operational requirements.

• Convert software features and functional specifications into configurations and implementation documentation that are specific to the client.

• Ensure the accuracy of configurations through data analysis, testing, and quality assessments.

• Utilize SQL for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting throughout the implementation process.

• Analyze system behavior, data outputs, and workflows to identify and resolve issues related to implementation.

• Assist in user acceptance testing, defect evaluation, and readiness activities for implementation.

• Contribute to documentation, gather lessons learned, and provide recommendations for process enhancements.

• Aid in the execution of departmental plans, goals, and objectives while managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in software configuration or system implementation support.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in backend healthcare revenue cycle management.

• Demonstrated experience supporting software implementation projects across various phases of the implementation lifecycle.

• Practical experience using SQL for data analysis and validation tasks.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
