Product Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manages the operations of a specific line of business, which may encompass underwriting and sales activities.

• Sets essential metrics and objectives to guarantee optimal performance and adherence to corporate compliance.

• Formulates customer and marketing strategies while fostering relationships with brokerage networks, sales teams, line of business management, and underwriting.

• Establishes robust financial goals and objectives for the line of business and tracks progress towards these established targets.

• Ensures the company's competitiveness and growth by collaborating with external agents and staying informed about market conditions pertinent to the line of business.

• Aids in establishing and sustaining reinsurance relationships.

• Cultivates strong partnerships with brokers/agents to uphold the highest standards of integrity.

• Upholds quality standards and ensures broker/agent satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10 years of relevant management experience in a similar line of business or equivalent military experience at grade E4 or higher.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

• Exceptional analytical skills.

• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in developing, monitoring, and managing budgetary responsibilities to confirm that expenditures are cost-effective and justified within the budget.
