Product Engineer II – Utility Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify customer requirements and develop geospatial solutions tailored for the electric, gas, water, sewer, stormwater, and telecommunications sectors.

• Set up ArcGIS applications, tools, and information models for specific industry applications.

• Recognize and record the configuration and usage patterns of ArcGIS Solutions.

• Generate and update product documentation and training materials for utility solutions.

• Contribute to product design to ensure our offerings are user-friendly and deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients, software development, business development, and professional services teams to create and refine solutions.

• Prepare and review product briefs, presentations, and documentation for ArcGIS Solutions.

• Design and write test cases for functionality, performance, scalability, and durability; perform both manual and automated testing, analyze outcomes, and report findings.

• Consistently evaluate product quality, readiness for release, and manage existing ArcGIS Solutions.

• Present and promote solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the utilities, infrastructure, or telecommunications sectors, with a focus on applying ArcGIS to industry-specific workflows.

• Experience in implementing and utilizing ArcGIS Utility Networks.

• Proven ability to document and develop GIS workflows.

• A creative problem solver who works well in a team environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in geography or a related discipline.
