Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the Mindly product.

• Identify user requirements and critical challenges.

• Design and assess possible solutions.

• Contribute to AI-driven experiences, workflows, and the AI Companion.

• Employ AI-native development methodologies to expedite delivery, experimentation, and product exploration.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Team and the CEO.

• Take initiative in managing the entire development process from identifying problems to launching the product.

• Work effectively with a diverse cross-functional team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with React.js and Node.js.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React.js, Redux Toolkit, Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, Google Cloud Platform, Firestore, and PostgreSQL.

• Product-oriented mindset aimed at addressing user challenges.

• Experience in developing AI-enabled products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or other AI-native applications, or substantial experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools in everyday engineering tasks.

• Strong engineering principles with the capability to design scalable and maintainable systems.

• Quick adaptability to new technologies, frameworks, and AI tools.

• Experience in mobile app development is advantageous.

• Ability to work remotely within the CET or EET time zone.
