This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Take full responsibility for the entire lifecycle of a designated product domain, from discovery and specification to design, engineering, quality assurance, documentation, deployment, and ongoing enhancement.
• Lead and manage a comprehensive range of AI agents across all delivery disciplines while ensuring oversight and control of outputs.
• Continuously deliver production-ready enhancements with a commitment to quality-first release practices.
• Execute post-deployment validation within one hour of each production release by utilizing core workflows, admin journeys, edge cases, and live production data.
• Track deployment health, identify regressions, and initiate rollbacks when production stability is jeopardized.
• Ensure readiness for enterprise-grade releases, cross-environment testing, rollback preparedness, and tracking of deployment quality.
• Oversee UX quality and evaluate customer-facing workflows, including regular AI-assisted UX assessments.
• Guarantee that user guides, API documentation, and operational notes accompany every feature release.
• Actively communicate risks, obstacles, changes in scope, forecasts, release coordination updates, and post-deployment status to the Program Delivery Manager or Head of Product.
• Prioritize tasks based on customer outcomes, business value, user satisfaction, reduction of support tickets, and feature adoption.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of improvements utilizing support tickets, quality assurance audits, UX insights, usage analytics, and stakeholder feedback.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in product management, engineering management, or a closely related field, demonstrating the ability to independently own and deliver comprehensive product outcomes.
• A proven history of delivering actual, production-grade products from start to finish, rather than just features within a larger team framework.
• Experience covering at least two of the following areas: software engineering, product management, UX design, or QA, with the capability to credibly operate across the full product lifecycle.
• Direct experience with AI-assisted development tools and a strong understanding of how to guide and evaluate AI-generated outputs at production quality.
• Demonstrated ability to manage production outcomes, including post-deployment validation, regression management, incident response, and monitoring deployment health.
• Experience in evaluating and enhancing customer-facing workflows and UX quality, extending beyond mere technical implementation.
• Background in agile, high-velocity delivery settings with a strong preference for continuous, quality-first delivery over batch-release cycles.
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of database performance (query optimization, indexing, execution planning) is a significant advantage.
• Experience in EdTech or SaaS products is preferred but not mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or an equivalent Product Management certification is required.
• Full ownership of the product lifecycle: strategy, discovery, design, engineering, QA, documentation, deployment, and post-release validation, performed independently and efficiently.
• A mindset of production accountability: you take ownership of what is shipped, what may break, and you resolve issues without needing to escalate basic problems or await direction.
• Customer workflow perspective: capability to assess product experiences from a genuine user's viewpoint, rather than solely from a technical implementation angle.
• Discipline in enterprise delivery: governance of releases, cross-environment testing, preparedness for rollbacks, tracking deployment quality, and ensuring stability.
• Direction of AI agents: operate and coordinate AI agents as high-output delivery partners, rather than relying on them as a crutch. Critically review every output before it impacts production.
• Product intuition: strong sense of what to build, its significance to users, and how to link engineering decisions to business outcomes.
• Proactive communication: identify risks and obstacles early, communicate delivery status clearly, and escalate issues with solutions rather than questions.
• Systems thinking: comprehend how their domain integrates into the broader product ecosystem and consider the upstream and downstream effects before implementing changes.
• Self-sufficient execution: function with minimal supervision, independently unblock issues, and uphold a consistently high quality standard without external enforcement.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with partners and clients.
• High degree of autonomy and direct ownership of your domain - you manage your product, rather than merely a queue of tickets.
• Engage at the cutting edge of AI-native product engineering.
• Paid time off and a supportive, high-trust team environment.
• Opportunities for professional development through access to training resources and company-sponsored courses.
• Competitive compensation reflective of experience.
