Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Quickly develop prototypes utilizing AI-driven tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and other similar coding environments.

• Assist in defining and refining business needs through the prototyping process.

• Engage directly with clients and users to identify issues and design solutions in collaboration with the Tech Lead.

• Work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and other members of cross-functional teams.

• Evaluate deliverables for compliance with requirements, user experience, and performance standards.

• Generate documentation that supports features and testing procedures.

• Coordinate with the Tech Lead regarding architectural choices, priorities, and technical direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and deploying real software utilized by actual users in production settings.

• Expertise in modern web technologies for both frontend and backend development.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and Postgres.

• Experience in documenting requirements and technical specifications for various features.

• Proven skills in prompt engineering and effective collaboration with LLMs.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex business challenges.

• Capable of fostering alignment in group settings despite differing opinions.

• Comfortable functioning as a generalist and taking on multiple roles.

• Enthusiastic about leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Open to remote work and collaboration.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and priorities.

• Interest in progressing to a Tech Lead role.
