Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product challenges from conceptualization to deployment.

• Transform user requirements, business objectives, and intricate logic into straightforward product choices.

• Create and implement user-friendly workflows tailored for B2B SaaS scenarios.

• Collaborate closely with founders and team members to clarify requirements and set priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong product intuition and the capability to make sound decisions with minimal oversight.

• Excellent UX and workflow judgment, particularly for products that involve complex logic.

• High level of ownership and comfort in a dynamic startup atmosphere.

• Sufficient technical expertise to independently deliver top-notch product experiences.

• Proficient in English for technical collaboration and documentation purposes.

• Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS, AI products, adtech, or martech.

• Nice to have: Experience working directly with founders, customers, or end users.

• Nice to have: Experience in 0-to-1 product development or early-stage startups.

• Nice to have: Background as a design engineer, independent developer, or a hybrid full-stack/product builder.
