Product Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Strategically develop and implement the Go-To-Market enablement strategy for your designated product portfolio in accordance with the Product Management roadmap.

• Create and consistently deliver engaging training videos, e-learning pathways, talk track guides, podcasts, job aids, and live product demonstrations.

• Organize and lead interactive live training sessions specifically designed for Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to gather technical insights and ensure training aligns with revenue objectives.

• Collect learner feedback and analyze usage metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, continuously refining materials to ensure accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in establishing Sales or Product Enablement functions within a highly collaborative, global setting.

• A solid technical foundation in Digital Transformation processes, preferably with prior experience in SaaS or content management solutions.

• Expertise in course design software (such as Articulate 360), multimedia editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro or Camtasia), and LMS platforms.

• Practical experience or a strong interest in Adult Learning Theory, with a proven track record of translating complex technical specifications into straightforward value messaging.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities with complete fluency in English (multilingual capabilities are advantageous), supported by a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical discipline.

• Professional-level fluency in English, with proficiency in French being an additional asset.
