This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire feature release process, encompassing timelines, cross-functional collaboration, readiness standards, and decisions related to release preparedness.
• Lead the cross-functional Feature Release Team that includes members from Product, Marketing, Sales, CX, and Support.
• Convert technical release information into comprehensive product knowledge that addresses functionality, configuration, edge cases, and naming conventions.
• Manage internal communications, training sessions, and readiness evaluations for teams that interact with customers.
• Coordinate announcements aimed at customers, help content, and in-product references in collaboration with Customer Marketing, Customer Enablement, and the Technical Writer.
• Maintain various resources such as talk tracks, one-pagers, training presentations, recorded sessions, FAQs, quick-reference guides, and in-product help references.
• Offer guidance for demos and set up demo scenarios alongside Sales and CX Enablement teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Development, Engineering, and Product Marketing to ensure demo readiness and updates for the Golden Demo.
• Develop and present refreshers, in-depth training sessions, role-specific programs, and onboarding initiatives.
• Create and manage a library of AI skills, which includes documentation, quality enhancement, asset management, review processes, and retirement strategies.
• Collect feedback on internal releases and relay recurring confusion and inquiries to Product Managers.
• Evaluate enablement outcomes, such as escalation rates, demo timing led by representatives, support volume, product adoption, AI skill usage, and skill obsolescence.
• Report on performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to enablement programs.
• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, CX, Support, Enablement, or Product Enablement at a B2B SaaS organization.
• Significant experience with ChurnZero is highly preferred.
• Direct experience in selling, demonstrating, implementing, or supporting ChurnZero or a similar Customer Success platform is a considerable advantage.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects within tight timelines, including responsibilities that require accountability without direct authority.
• Strong technical understanding, including knowledge of data models, configuration, edge cases, and integrations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of AI tools, including the ability to develop repeatable AI skills, assess output quality, and manage or phase out skills as needed.
• Ability to coordinate efforts without formal authority.
• Project management skills for handling multiple releases at various stages.
