This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the feature release process from start to finish, encompassing timelines, cross-departmental coordination, readiness criteria, and decisions regarding release readiness.
• Lead the cross-functional Feature Release Team, which includes representatives from Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience (CX), and Support.
• Convert technical release information into accessible product knowledge for teams that interact with customers.
• Facilitate internal readiness communications, training sessions, and readiness evaluations.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Customer Enablement, and the Technical Writer to ensure customer-facing readiness.
• Maintain resources such as talk tracks, one-pagers, training presentations, recorded sessions, FAQs, quick-reference guides, website product-led content, and in-product help resources.
• Provide guidance for demos and configure demo scenarios in partnership with Sales and CX Enablement.
• Work alongside Product Managers, Development, and Product Marketing on demo environments and updates for Golden Demos.
• Create and present refresher courses, in-depth training, role-specific instruction, and contributions to onboarding processes.
• Enhance technical expertise within Sales and CX teams, empowering them to engage in technical discussions without escalating issues.
• Detect and address gaps in product knowledge in collaboration with enablement and marketing teams.
• Manage and maintain a comprehensive library of AI skills and supporting materials, including documentation and retirement processes.
• Establish standards for the development and utilization of AI skills, providing guidance on quality to teams.
• Gather internal feedback regarding releases and offer structured insights to Product Managers.
• Monitor enablement performance metrics, escalation rates, demo readiness, support volume, adoption, and usage of AI skills; report findings and make necessary adjustments.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Experience (CX), Support, Enablement, or Product Enablement within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Extensive experience with ChurnZero is highly preferred.
• Direct experience in selling, demonstrating, implementing, or supporting ChurnZero or a similar Customer Success platform is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects within tight deadlines, including accountability for work without direct authority.
• Strong technical skills, including a solid understanding of data models, configurations, edge cases, and integrations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient with AI tools, including the creation of repeatable AI skills, evaluating output quality, and managing skills lifecycle.
• Capability to coordinate multiple teams without holding direct authority.
• Effective project management skills for overseeing multiple releases at various stages.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to measure outcomes and make adjustments as needed.
