Product Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support users with deliverables related to Product Education.

• Oversee the educational needs associated with product releases.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering stakeholders across various functions.

• Prepare educational materials for product releases.

• Tackle sensitive release timelines with a flexible approach.

• Contribute to Murj's publication cycle by reviewing deliverables and providing feedback.

• Address urgent requests from cross-functional partners.

• Curate modern, integrated learning ecosystem deliverables using established best practices, content curation tools, and AI technologies.

• Independently support users with Product Education deliverables.

• Manage product release cycles utilizing project management tools and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in writing, education, or a related field is required.

• Experience in curating educational materials for customers.

• Background in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment is preferred.

• Direct experience with AI-enabled solutions is necessary.

• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced software environment.

• Capability to learn new software applications and leverage AI tools.

• Maintain a professional demeanor while engaging with a large customer base.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.

• Ability to independently and professionally manage project requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

• Candidates must be available during core hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.

• Occasional evening availability, typically starting around 10:00 p.m. ET, is required for evening product releases.
