This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of documentation intended for customers and users.
• Create and sustain high-quality content, including online help resources, user manuals, how-to guides, and “What’s New” / release notes.
• Continuously enhance the existing product documentation.
• Design and refine scalable documentation frameworks.
• Implement and uphold content guidelines.
• Cultivate and maintain in-depth knowledge of Baxter Planning products.
• Collaborate with Product teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to collect necessary information.
• Offer insights on usability and user experience.
• Assist in documentation release activities.
• Develop and support both internal and customer-facing materials for product launches.
• Design and maintain training resources that align with product releases.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in creating user-facing documentation or content.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English with outstanding clarity in writing customer-oriented content.
• Proven capability to produce clear, concise, and comprehensible content for end-users.
• Demonstrated proficiency in quickly grasping complex technical or functional concepts and translating them into clear, organized content.
• Experience in converting product functionalities into straightforward, intuitive guidance and workflows.
• Familiarity with creating or supporting release notes and “What’s New” communications.
• Strong comprehension of how users engage with content and how to develop documentation that is useful, intuitive, and relevant.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, CX) to gather information and validate content.
• Ability to manage multiple documentation projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Capability to independently manage workstreams and deliver high-quality output with minimal supervision.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to content excellence.
• Familiarity with documentation or content tools (e.g., SharePoint, Notion, Canva, or similar).
