This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establishing and implementing the strategy and modernization roadmap for the platform product
• Leading the advancement of core platform functionalities, shared services, APIs, and integration frameworks
• Steering the interoperability strategy to enhance connectivity among providers, payers, partners, and healthcare technology ecosystems
• Recognizing market opportunities and unmet needs, and converting them into platform investments
• Collaborating closely with engineering and architecture leaders to ensure technical viability
• Increasing the platform’s reach and value through reusable services and enabling partners
• Taking charge of the platform-related go-to-market strategy in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Developing business cases, prioritizing investments, and overseeing key aspects of portfolio performance and P&L
• Tracking product, customer, and operational metrics to facilitate continuous improvement
• Working in partnership with Product, Marketing, IT, Sales, Service, and executive leadership
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing health information products, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
• Over 10 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in managing complex software products, platforms, or shared services from strategy to execution and launch
• Profound expertise in platform modernization, including transforming legacy capabilities into scalable, modular, API-driven platforms
• Significant experience with API strategy, platform services, developer enablement, and systems integration
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability frameworks, including HIPAA, X12, and FHIR
• Experience in building business cases, defining market and product requirements, managing roadmaps, and driving financial and operational performance
• Strong skills in product discovery and the ability to pinpoint unmet market needs
• Proven ability to drive adoption, scale, and growth for interoperability, integration, or platform-based products
• Highly effective in influencing both technical and business teams
• Comfortable functioning as a change agent and leading during periods of transformation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Computer Science, or a related field
