This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and foster the growth of the Mercedes-Benz business through strategic assortment planning, catalog enhancement, profitability oversight, chassis platform development, and elevating customer experiences.
• Balance revenue, margin, inventory, and customer factors to promote sustainable business performance.
• Establish and implement strategic priorities that enhance market presence and customer satisfaction.
• Execute the platform and Marketing Penetration Strategy, which includes assortment expansion or rationalization, fitment optimization, and lifecycle management.
• Pinpoint growth opportunities by leveraging customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and vendor collaborations.
• Collaborate with Content Production, Digital Marketing, and Promotional Marketing teams to optimize assortment, enhance customer experiences, and increase market share.
• Lead and cultivate the Mercedes Product team by ensuring clear prioritization, accountability, operational excellence, coaching, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Propel initiatives aimed at: Catalog optimization and fitment quality, attribute and content enhancements, curated kits and upfitting opportunities, as well as improvements in product findability and merchandising.
• Champion the customer throughout the shopping journey.
• Support efforts that enhance conversion rates, build customer trust, and provide technical education through enriched product experiences and merchandising strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, Merchandising, eCommerce, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, enhancing profitability, improving operations, and elevating customer experiences.
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to balance revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational scalability.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives from strategic conception to operational execution.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities to transform insights into actionable plans.
• Preferred experience in navigating complex catalog, eCommerce, or high-SKU environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management capabilities.
• Competence in balancing strategic thought with operational execution.
• Preferred experience in developing scalable processes and enhancing operational workflows.
• European automotive aftermarket experience, especially with Mercedes-Benz, is highly favored.
