This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the product vision and strategy for designated product areas or lines, translating company goals, customer needs, market opportunities, and technical capabilities into a clear product direction.
• Manage the roadmap, prioritization, and trade-off decisions for assigned product areas, ensuring product investments are aligned with company strategy and deliver measurable customer and business value.
• Acquire a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer segments, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning to spot opportunities for product differentiation, expansion, and defensibility.
• Collaborate directly with customers and customer-facing teams to uncover pain points, validate opportunities, and transform feedback into strategic product recommendations and roadmap decisions.
• Oversee discovery, validation, and requirements definition for assigned product areas. Convert customer, market, business, and technical insights into well-defined business cases, epics, features, and success metrics while guiding junior Product team members in effective requirements practices.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data science leaders to deliver high-quality software products, manage cross-functional dependencies, mitigate delivery risks, and ensure timely releases that are within budget and aligned with business outcomes.
• Advocate for effective Agile and SaaS product development practices, enhancing planning, prioritization, delivery discipline, and predictability across assigned product areas.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from discovery and concept validation to development, launch preparedness, commercialization support, adoption, performance management, and post-launch optimization.
• Establish, monitor, and communicate product success metrics, utilizing adoption, usage, customer feedback, revenue impact, operational data, and product health indicators to assess performance and steer ongoing investment decisions.
• Ensure alignment with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Operations, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to navigate trade-offs, guarantee launch readiness, support adoption, and communicate product priorities, decisions, and outcomes.
• Analyze and synthesize competitive intelligence to shape product strategy, identify market opportunities, and enhance the company’s differentiation and competitive edge.
• Cultivate a culture of ownership, innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within the Product team and across functions. Provide mentorship, operational guidance, and leadership in product management best practices to less experienced Product team members.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Over 6 years of experience in product management, with a demonstrated history of owning product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and successful delivery of SaaS-based products.
• Proven capability to lead product discovery, make prioritization trade-offs, define success metrics, and influence cross-functional stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
• Experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/machine learning and data science technologies is preferred.
• Experience with Agile development processes and tools.
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, product usage tracking tools (Pendo, GainSight, etc.), UX design tools (Figma), strategy and road mapping tools (Aha!), and ticket tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) is strongly preferred.
• Experience in presenting product strategy, roadmap decisions, trade-offs, and performance updates to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product leadership skills.
• A strong passion for staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, roadmap trade-offs, cross-functional dependencies, and multiple deadlines across a larger product area or portfolio.
• Other tasks as assigned: Perform additional duties as required to ensure the team's successful operation, timely delivery of products within budget, and achievement of product-area business objectives.
