Product Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Strategic Vision: Transform the organization's overarching mission into a clear product strategy and actionable roadmap.

• AI-Enabled Product Lifecycle Management: Partner with the broader R&D leadership team to drive our ongoing AI transformation. Advocate for the complete lifecycle of SAMpeople as it becomes AI-enabled throughout the SDLC.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, recruit, and cultivate a team of Product Managers. Promote a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and user-centricity.

• Commercial & Data Acumen: Develop a robust understanding of the commercial strategy within the product team and the actions required to achieve it while consistently enhancing NPS.

• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Collaborate closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to ensure that product launches are backed by effective marketing, sales enablement, and customer success strategies.

• Proven Leadership: Extensive and demonstrable experience in Product Leadership.

• Scale Experience: A history of successfully managing products through periods of rapid growth.

• Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional communication abilities, with the capacity to influence both C-suite executives and technical leads.

• Outcomes Mindset: Skilled in establishing clear direction for your team through specific measurable outcomes, implementing structures to assess progress, and holding your team accountable.

• Resilience & Adaptability: Experience in navigating uncertainty and guiding teams through changes or organizational scaling.
