Product Development Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product development process: from generating ideas and conducting market research to sourcing suppliers, managing samples, and executing launches.

• Create scalable systems: develop SOPs, playbooks, and pipeline trackers to guarantee consistent success.

• Manage supplier negotiations, oversee quotes and samples, and keep supplier databases up to date.

• Implement product launches on Amazon: devise PPC strategies, enroll in Vine, run coupon campaigns, and conduct A/B content testing.

• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations (Go/No-Go) and support your decisions.

• Deliver weekly updates on the pipeline and conduct monthly portfolio reviews for leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in launching products on Amazon, from initial research to achieving sales goals.

• Advanced expertise in Helium 10 (Black Box, Cerebro, Magnet, Xray) — capable of instructing others.

• Strong financial skills: proficient in building and interpreting P&L statements, calculating margins, ROI, and COGS.

• Practical experience in supplier management: sourcing from Alibaba, negotiating, obtaining quotes, and evaluating samples.

• Expertise in executing launches: managing PPC campaigns, Vine enrollment, coupon strategies, and A/B testing.

• Process-oriented mindset: adept at creating SOPs, playbooks, and scalable systems.

• In-depth knowledge of Amazon's competitive landscape: BSR, review velocity, launch costs, and PPC requirements.

• Exceptional written English communication skills for crafting reports, briefs, and supplier correspondence.
