Product Designer – Super Agent Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process for essential Super Agent workflows, from initial discovery to final launch.

• Create user-friendly experiences that enable customers to navigate data, pose inquiries, and derive insights.

• Simplify intricate AI and data concepts into straightforward, elegant user experiences.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify issues, assess solutions, and deliver high-quality products.

• Assist in defining user interactions with the Insight Agent across various workflows, including search, conversation, analysis, and insight generation.

• Craft experiences that foster trust in AI-generated results through clarity, transparency, and explainability.

• Develop interaction patterns for new AI-driven features and evolving customer workflows.

• Conduct user research and collect feedback to comprehend customer needs and challenges.

• Leverage both qualitative and quantitative insights to enhance product experiences.

• Influence product direction by identifying opportunities for improved usability, adoption, and customer value.

• Contribute to shared design systems and standards.

• Ensure that experiences remain consistent, scalable, and of high quality as the product progresses.

• Work alongside Engineering to uphold design integrity and usability across various releases.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing B2B SaaS, enterprise software, analytics, or data products.

• A portfolio showcasing strong product thinking, UX design, and visual design skills.

• Experience in designing complex workflows, dashboards, analytics tools, or AI-driven products.

• Excellent collaboration skills and experience partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers.

• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and assist in shaping products from foundational principles.

• Experience in distilling complex information into intuitive user experiences.

• Proficiency with modern design tools, including Figma.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a proven history of developing impactful products.
