Product Designer, Júnior – Exclusiva para PCDs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement methodologies and best practices for user experience and interface design, with support and guidance from the team.

• Contribute to the development of product solutions that offer a clear and comprehensible journey for the customer.

• Enhance knowledge of the product conception stages by actively participating in the phases from discovery to interface creation.

• Document user experience and business requirements, ensuring quality in deliverables.

• Apply critical thinking and best usability practices to problem-solving, with an openness to continuous learning.

• Engage in validating deliverables through usability testing and proof of concept, with support from the team.

• Consistently utilize and apply the Design System to create new interfaces and assist in migrating legacy screens.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary discussions with Product and Engineering teams to deliver functionalities and requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial or academic professional experience, including involvement in projects and internships, with Product Design (UX/UI).

• Practical mastery of Figma for creating layouts and developing interactive prototypes.

• Ability to utilize, manipulate, and correctly configure components of an existing Design System.

• Experience in discovery processes, with knowledge of design research methods and their main deliverables.

• Attention to detail and the capacity to absorb business rules during the conception of interface solutions.

• Proactive communication and active listening skills for interaction with the team, leadership, and stakeholders.

• Collaborative profile, with ease in participating in co-creation dynamics and design review/critique rituals.
