Product Designer – Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create user-friendly and scalable integration experiences encompassing discovery, setup, configuration, permissions, and management flows.

• Contribute to the evolution of shared UX patterns across integration surfaces, such as Apps & Integrations, Automations, admin experiences, and Typeform AI connectors.

• Oversee the complete design process, from discovery and ideation to execution and iteration.

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements early on and minimize ambiguity during the delivery phase.

• Organize and facilitate workshops, user research sessions, usability testing, and design walkthroughs.

• Contribute to and utilize the Design System to develop reusable patterns that can scale across the platform.

• Enhance the ways customers discover, connect, and activate integrations in various parts of the product.

• Shape the long-term design vision for scalable connection management and integration platform experiences.

• Engage in cross-functional journeys where Integrations converge with Workflows, Automations, response data, and AI-driven experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital product design.

• Proven experience in designing SaaS products and complex product workflows.

• Extensive experience throughout the entire product design process, from discovery to delivery.

• Background in designing integration-heavy, workflow automation, platform, or data-centric products.

• Strong visual and interaction design abilities with a focus on usability and clarity.

• Experience in conducting user research and integrating findings into design decisions.

• Familiarity with working on and contributing to Design Systems.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the capability to clearly convey design decisions.

• Able to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

• A robust portfolio that highlights thoughtful product design and completed projects.

• Proficient in English.
