Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.

• Perform research and testing to identify user needs and validate design ideas.

• Work alongside product managers to convert requirements into user-friendly interfaces.

• Collaborate with engineers to guarantee high-quality implementation of designs.

• Assist in maintaining a cohesive design system that supports scalability, consistency, and efficiency.

• Streamline complex AI functionalities and data sets for enhanced clarity and usability.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive criticism.

• Keep abreast of design trends, UX methodologies, and advancements in AI.

• Contribute to the development of Polaris IQ, Wpromote’s AI-driven marketing platform.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science within a cross-functional product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product design with a robust user-focused portfolio.

• Expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and AI-enhanced design functionalities.

• Strong skills in user research with the ability to transform insights into practical designs.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• A genuine passion for simplifying intricate systems.

• High attention to detail in design execution.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Ability to adapt in fast-paced settings.

• Experience in designing AI-driven or data-intensive platforms (preferred).

• Background in marketing technology, advertising technology, or analytics platforms (preferred).

• Understanding of front-end development and the translation of design into code (preferred).

• Experience in building and maintaining design systems for large-scale applications (preferred).

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; this position does not qualify for immigration sponsorship.
