Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive user experiences across borrower-oriented processes.

• Transform product specifications into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.

• Work collaboratively with product managers and engineers to ensure alignment on scope, limitations, and implementation specifics.

• Produce designs that are ready for production and guarantee that the design vision is maintained during the development handoff.

• Utilize user feedback, data insights, and input from stakeholders to refine and enhance designs.

• Collaborate with related teams (e.g., Growth) to provide cohesive experiences throughout the borrower journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience) plus a minimum of 3 years in product design.

• Over 3 years of experience in creating complete digital product experiences from initial concept to final delivery.

• Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

• Proven ability to deliver production-ready designs and work with engineering teams throughout the implementation phase.

• Experience in designing user flows for web or mobile applications, including complex multi-step workflows.

• Familiarity with designing intricate, multi-step user flows such as applications, forms, or comparison tools.

• Understanding of fintech, lending, or other regulated consumer product sectors.

• Experience in contributing to or working within a design system.

• Experience in a cross-functional product development environment collaborating with product management and engineering.

• Capability to integrate user feedback and data insights into iterative design enhancements.
