This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Lead the comprehensive design process for key product areas, from initial discovery to final delivery.

• Guide the framing of problems, conduct customer research, explore concepts, and validate through iterative testing.

• Develop and produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity user interfaces, and specifications ready for production.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management to define the roadmap, establish requirements, and prioritize tasks.

• Work alongside Engineering to guarantee high-quality implementation and maintain UX integrity.

• Execute and analyze user research, usability tests, and field observations.

• Play a role in enhancing and evolving our design system across various components, patterns, and documentation.

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design.

• Demonstrated success in designing intricate, data-driven, multi-step workflows.

• Proficient in design thinking, research methodologies, and UX strategy.

• Strong skills in interaction design, including Information Architecture, user flows, and system-level thinking.

• Proficient in Figma and contemporary design/prototyping tools.

• Experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams (PM, Engineering, Data, QA, etc.).

• Must possess fluency in English.
