Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work alongside product managers, developers, and various stakeholders to convert user requirements and business objectives into effective design solutions.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively convey design concepts.

• Develop user flows, journey maps, and additional design documentation to aid in product development.

• Contribute to and uphold consistency within the existing design system and style guides.

• Facilitate usability testing sessions and incorporate user feedback to enhance designs.

• Ensure design precision and feasibility through close collaboration with development teams.

• Utilize design principles, research insights, and data to justify and clarify design choices.

• Present design concepts and their rationale to colleagues and stakeholders.

• Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a similar role.

• Strong grasp of information architecture, user flows, and responsive design.

• Experience using AI tools for design purposes.

• Proficient in Figma and other contemporary design tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a user-centric design approach.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

• **Bonus Skills:**

• Familiarity with human-centered design methodologies.

• Experience in usability testing and user research.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Exposure to B2B SaaS products.
