Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform business challenges, product visions, and innovative ideas into design outputs that foster intuitive user experiences.

• Create and deliver a range of design assets from low to high fidelity, including sketches, wireframes, user flows, journeys, annotated mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Enhance user empathy by leveraging research insights to effectively implement product roadmaps.

• Uphold a user-centered and strategic approach while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.

• Significantly contribute to a design culture that promotes consistency, innovation, camaraderie, and joy for users.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Behavioral Sciences, or Information Design, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Over 3 years of relevant experience in UX/UI/Product design.

• Demonstrated understanding of design processes, best practices, research methodologies, and principles.

• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

• Proven UI and visual design capabilities, with a focus on user-centered design principles and an awareness of accessibility and ADA guidelines.

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• A portfolio showcasing your process, digital experience design, and visual skills.

• A passion for enhancing processes, developing career skills, fostering design culture, and advocating for users.
