Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the design process for essential product areas, from initial discovery to final delivery.

• Convert user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations into sophisticated design solutions.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to transform ideas into reality.

• Engage in user research and usability testing to guide design choices.

• Contribute to and enhance the design system for consistency and scalability across projects.

• Create marketing materials such as landing pages, advertisements, and campaign assets.

• Partner with the marketing team to refine visual storytelling techniques.

• Assist the sales team with presentations, one-pagers, and other supporting materials.

• Maintain brand consistency across product, web, and sales experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in product design, preferably in the SaaS sector.

• Background in marketing design, branding, or motion graphics.

• Experience in start-up environments.

• A strong portfolio that showcases user-centered product design and a robust visual design aesthetic.

• Experience in designing responsive web and/or mobile applications.

• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design/prototyping tools).

• Knowledge of design systems and component-driven design methodologies.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently.

• Comfort in a setting with limited structure and processes.
