Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop new features and workflows.

• Conduct user interviews, usability assessments, and field research.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Contribute to and uphold the design system for RXNT products.

• Advocate for accessibility and usability throughout product experiences.

• Refine designs based on feedback and analytics.

• Assist in the creation of go-to-market materials with design assets.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in product design.

• Background in the healthcare sector.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design for intricate applications.

• Proficient in Figma or other comparable design tools.

• Knowledge of user-centered design principles.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field is mandatory.

• Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer.

• Dependable internet connection.

• Capability to spend the majority of the workweek engaged in phone calls.
