Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Participate in the design process from initial research to final delivery, which includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for intricate features in regulated domains.

• Create and sustain components within the current design system, ensuring the use of consistent and scalable patterns.

• Craft user-friendly interfaces that emphasize interaction design, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Ensure that design choices align with product objectives and user requirements, articulating the rationale to stakeholders and engineers.

• Work collaboratively with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders in design workshops and joint problem-solving sessions.

• Integrate AI tools into the daily design processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product design, accompanied by a portfolio that showcases visual design, interaction design, and product thinking.

• Background in complex or regulated industries such as fintech, healthtech, legaltech, or similar fields.

• Strong understanding of web guidelines, responsive design practices, and accessibility standards.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to distill complex, regulated content for end users.

• Experience working with an established design system and developing scalable, reusable components.

• Proven experience in participating in design workshops and collaborative problem-solving initiatives.

• Ability to present and justify design decisions, including the capacity to respectfully challenge stakeholders or engineers when necessary.

• Proficiency in English at C1 level or above.

• Experience with usability testing and conducting user interviews.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about innovation and continuous learning.

• AI-focused approach with integration of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT into daily workflows.

• Experience in data visualization or dashboard design is advantageous.
