Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and launch comprehensive experiences across OnePay’s product platforms.

• Transform objectives and requirements into straightforward, user-friendly interfaces.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and branding teams to realize innovative concepts.

• Utilize and enhance the design system in partnership with the Core Design team.

• Participate in critiques and reviews that elevate quality and understanding.

• Act with purpose, adapt swiftly, refine frequently, and deliver consistently.

• Design user journeys that make complex financial tasks simpler.

• Guide ideas from initial exploration to final deployment across various product areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in designing digital products, preferably with a mobile-first approach.

• A portfolio that showcases clear thinking, robust interaction design, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Comfortable working within pre-established design systems.

• Strong communication abilities with a knack for articulating reasoning and trade-offs effectively.

• An inquisitive mindset regarding product functionality and the role of design in driving business results.

• Capacity to navigate uncertainty, prioritize tasks efficiently, and see projects through to completion.

• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance and speed up the design workflow.

• A desire to experiment, learn, and develop professionally.

• A drive for initiative and proactivity.

• Must have authorization to work legally in the United States.
