Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the complete design of product features, from identifying the problem to delivering designs and assisting with implementation.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Create intuitive and efficient interfaces for intricate sales workflows, encompassing pipelines, tables, and dashboards.

• Influence the product’s mobile experience, starting with responsive web design and adapting complex interfaces for smaller devices.

• Perform lightweight user research and usability tests to validate concepts and enhance designs.

• Contribute to the design system by developing and refining reusable components and interaction patterns.

• Work alongside developers to convey design intentions, address implementation queries, and ensure the quality of released features.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably with a focus on B2B SaaS products.

• A portfolio showcasing completed work that highlights the design process, decision-making, and personal contributions.

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design, especially for complex, data-intensive interfaces.

• Advanced expertise in Figma, including prototyping and creating reusable components.

• Experience in working with and contributing to design systems.

• Ability to take charge of features and work autonomously.

• Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating with developers.

• Proficiency in English.
