Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive user flows for discovering tokenized assets, onboarding processes, KYC/compliance measures, staking, and managing portfolios.

• Convert complex challenges related to innovative financial structures (such as vaults, structured credit, and treasury products) into straightforward, user-friendly interfaces.

• Develop and sustain a scalable design system/component library that will be utilized across the web application, marketing site, and partner integrations.

• Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing with both retail crypto users and institutional clients.

• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure precise and efficient implementation; evaluate delivered work against design objectives.

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma; articulate design rationale to leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Work together with the Marketing team on landing pages, campaign materials, and visuals for product launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in product design, preferably with at least one consumer or fintech product that has been successfully launched at scale.

• A robust portfolio that showcases complete ownership: from research and information architecture to flows, visual design, and post-launch refinements.

• Proficient in Figma (including components, variants, and auto-layout) and knowledgeable about handoff tools and workflows.

• Comfortable designing for regulated and compliance-heavy processes (such as KYC/AML, accreditation, and disclosures) while maintaining usability standards.

• Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, motion design, and systematic color and spacing usage.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of justifying design choices with data and reasoning beyond aesthetics.

• Previous experience in designing for crypto, DeFi, or fintech sectors, ideally involving custody, trading, or asset management.

• Understanding of wallet UX patterns (like MetaMask, WalletConnect, and account abstraction) along with on-chain transaction flows.

• Experience designing for multiple user personas at the same time (such as retail investors, institutional allocators, and internal operations teams).

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or React sufficient for prototyping or close collaboration with engineering teams.
