Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee design initiatives throughout the complete product lifecycle and coordinate multiple product launches.

• Foster a robust design culture, shape product strategy, and enhance product execution and quality.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to identify elegant yet practical design solutions.

• Engage with users to inform product strategy and create solutions that truly delight customers.

• Quickly generate various concepts and prototypes, utilizing either pixel-perfect detail or low-fidelity sketches as needed.

• Actively contribute to Injective web products and DAPPs.

• Assist leadership in shaping Injective's product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a UI/UX design position; experience in consumer fintech is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in developing outstanding consumer-facing mobile and web products.

• Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes.

• Ability to communicate effectively within a dynamic, ego-free, cross-functional team environment.

• Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

• Solid foundation in information design and UX design principles.

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in graphic design, focusing on layout, typography, and color theory.

• A portfolio that showcases a strong passion and attention to detail in design craftsmanship.

• Enthusiasm for building and creating in a fast-moving startup atmosphere.

• Must be located in North/South America or European time zones.

• Prior experience in the crypto space is advantageous.

• Previous experience with exchanges (CEX or DEX) is preferred.
