Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee design initiatives throughout the complete product lifecycle and during various product launches.

• Foster a robust design culture, shape product strategy, and enhance product execution and quality.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to identify elegant yet practical solutions to design obstacles.

• Engage with users to formulate the right product strategy and solutions that truly please customers.

• Quickly generate multiple concepts and prototypes, utilizing either pixel-perfect detail or low-fidelity sketches and prototypes as necessary.

• Engage directly with Injective web products and DAPPs.

• Collaborate with leadership to help shape Injective's product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a UI/UX design position; experience in consumer fintech is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in creating outstanding consumer-facing mobile and web products.

• Experience in developing wireframes and prototypes.

• Ability to communicate effectively within a dynamic, ego-free, cross-functional team.

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

• Strong background in information design with a solid grounding in UX design principles.

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in graphic design, encompassing layout, typography, and color theory.

• A portfolio that showcases a passion and meticulous approach to the craft.

• Enthusiasm for building and creating within a fast-paced startup atmosphere.

• Residing in North/South America or European time zones.

• Previous experience in the crypto sector is preferred.

• Experience with exchanges (CEX or DEX) is preferred.
