Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to create, implement, and enhance design processes that facilitate rapid iteration within equities trading products.

• Design globally engaging, user-centric interfaces for essential trading functionalities such as market data visualization, order entry, portfolio management, and IPO/new stock subscription workflows.

• Spearhead the design of financial data visualizations (including candlestick charts, order book depth, and price movement) that effectively balance professional functionality with everyday readability.

• Perform user research and collaborate with Product Managers to drive design initiatives by utilizing both qualitative and quantitative customer insights.

• Provide comprehensive, high-quality UI/UX design solutions and ensure a consistent, premium product experience across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

• Enhance the design system by developing and maintaining components specific to equities (such as chart components, order forms, and compliance disclosure patterns).

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred work experience in Web3, Crypto, Fintech, Brokerage, or Securities; hands-on familiarity with equities trading mechanics (order types, market rules, trading sessions) is advantageous.

• Educational qualifications: a degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Figma; experience with design systems and designing across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).

• Strong communication abilities: excellent verbal and written skills; capable of clearly conveying design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Willingness to learn and accept constructive criticism.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is necessary for effective coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
