• Create communication product experiences, encompassing interaction flows, user journeys, and detailed interface behaviors.

• Convert product specifications and business objectives into user-friendly experiences across web and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and fellow designers to define and implement product solutions.

• Contribute to UX strategies and UI implementation based on team requirements.

• Enhance end-to-end user journeys and boost usability through iterative processes, feedback, and data-driven design choices.

• Assist in establishing patterns, components, and best practices for communication-focused product experiences.

• Ensure design consistency across features while balancing speed, quality, and business priorities.

• Proficient interaction design skills, including the ability to craft clear flows, states, and behaviors for intricate product scenarios.

• Strong grasp of user journey design, information architecture, and usability principles.

• Capability to manage both UX strategy and UI delivery.

• Experience in designing for mobile and/or web platforms.
