Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Transform requirements into intuitive, user-focused designs for both web and mobile platforms.

• Create prototypes and refine concepts to enhance usability and interaction flows.

• Perform and analyze research to support design choices.

• Aid in the upkeep and development of design system components to ensure uniformity.

• Investigate various solutions and promote best practices in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).

• Work in close collaboration with developers and product managers to guarantee smooth delivery.

• Utilize contemporary design tools and techniques, including AI-enhanced workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in product or UX/UI design, ideally in the SaaS or enterprise software sector.

• A robust portfolio demonstrating insightful design solutions and interaction patterns.

• Expertise in Figma and a good understanding of design systems and responsive design.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability principles.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• A growth-oriented mindset with the capability to balance user needs and business objectives.
