Product Designer – AI Agent Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Research and validation — Engaging in shopper research and conducting experiments with product and data teams to authenticate hypotheses using real feedback.

• Interaction design for agentic experiences — Crafting innovative user flows where AI/LLMs enhance the shopping experience for both consumers and the merchandisers managing them.

• Visual strategy — Establishing a striking design vision that embodies what product discovery will look like in 2027.

• High-fidelity delivery — Creating final mockups and assets across essential platforms: homepage, search, PDP, filtering, guided shopping, and agent configuration.

• UX patterns — Ensuring designs are scalable within Constructor's ongoing design system and component library.

• A goal-oriented, iterative mindset — You concentrate on addressing high-impact challenges and are adept at learning, improving, and delivering swiftly.

• Practical experience with research — You have spearheaded user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.

• Experience designing for unfamiliar problems — You have contributed to products requiring an understanding of intricate workflows beyond your own expertise—particularly in B2B environments.

• Systems thinking — You identify patterns, define systems, and design scalable, reusable solutions.
