This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and enhance frameworks, processes, and tools within the design discipline to scale best practices;

• Collaborate closely with development, product, and marketing teams to create solutions that blend innovation, usability, and business impact;

• Identify opportunities for improvement through qualitative and quantitative analyses, ensuring data-driven decision-making;

• Promote a user-centered culture by conducting research, interviews, and tests to validate hypotheses and journey solutions;

• Assess how new products meet market needs and consumer preferences;

• Monitor experience metrics and propose ongoing enhancements to our workflows and journeys;

• Advocate for UX/UI best practices, including accessibility and inclusive design;

• Influence strategic decisions and ensure that design serves as a competitive advantage for the company;

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma with delivered projects in production

• Knowledge of PPT for creating visual presentations

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles

• Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative work within multidisciplinary teams

• Bachelor's degree, Technologist degree, or Technical Education
