Product Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle of product initiatives, from initial planning to production release.

• Monitor development progress, timelines, obstacles, dependencies, and risks while ensuring transparency among stakeholders.

• Assist in release planning, testing coordination, and operational readiness activities to facilitate seamless launches.

• Contribute to optimizing workflows, resource distribution, and delivery predictability across various ongoing initiatives.

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between internal teams and external development partners.

• Promote strong collaboration among Product Operations, Product Managers, QA, Content, Payments, Marketing, and Development teams.

• Ensure that business priorities, scope, and delivery expectations are clearly articulated and aligned across stakeholders.

• Deliver structured reporting and clear communication to support strategic execution and informed decision-making.

• Lead and mentor the QA Team and Back Office Specialists, assisting in task prioritization and ensuring operational effectiveness.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and strive for continuous improvement in delivery, QA, and release processes.

• Maintain organized documentation, tracking systems, and delivery workflows.

• Ensure that initiatives remain in line with company objectives while fostering continuous operational enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the iGaming industry.

• Prior experience in delivery management, product operations, project coordination, or related roles within product or technology sectors.

• Strong understanding of software delivery processes and confidence in collaborating with technical teams and engaging in technical discussions.

• Previous experience leading operational or cross-functional teams, adopting a hands-on and accountable approach to execution.

• Proficient in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced settings.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for keeping teams aligned and delivery on schedule.

• Practical experience in process improvements, operating within agile or lean methodologies, and utilizing collaboration tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Slack.
