Product Data Analyst – Fixed-term Employment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Define, monitor, and report on essential product metrics to assess the effectiveness of product features and initiatives.

• Analyze product and user data to identify trends, user behaviors, challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, collaborating with the data team and product developers to resolve data accuracy challenges.

• Foster a data-driven work environment by setting an example and advocating for self-service.

• Collaborate effectively with product team members, including product managers, engineers, and designers.

• Select the appropriate medium to communicate critical insights with the necessary context.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

• Over 2 years of practical experience as a Product Data Analyst.

• Proficient SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).

• Experience using product analytics tools (Mixpanel/Amplitude).

• A degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Preferred: Experience with AWS.

• Programming experience (Python).

• Background in a B2B/SaaS/tech company environment.

• Knowledge of product-led strategies.

• Experience with dbt and data modeling is a plus.
